Useful when you want to explain a career transition, discuss role positioning or leadership experience, and ask why one detail deserves more emphasis than another. The value is dialogue and context, not a claim that AI cannot discuss these topics.
Your Odds is resume-readiness guidance, not an employer's ATS score or a hiring probability. A human review also cannot promise interviews or offers.

Build or import a resume in your account. AI review is optional: note any strengths, gaps, or suggestions you want to discuss.
Choose the session
In Services, choose Resume Review. Provide your industry and experience level, browse coach profiles, and select an available slot in your timezone.
Attach your context
Select your stored resume and provide target roles. Add relevant job links and notes, check the price, duration, and booking policy, then confirm and pay.
Meet at your scheduled session to discuss your resume and practical next edits. Use the builder to apply the changes you agree with. Human review is not included in the Free or Pro software plan.
Keep moving after the review
Update your resume, check it against a real role, and track the application. Human help is an optional step, not a requirement to use the rest of EndLuck.
Human resume review questions
Is this resume review done by AI or a real person?
A real person reviews your resume with you in a scheduled live session. Human resume review is a separately paid service, not an automated AI report or an included Free or Pro software benefit.
How is human review different from AI resume review?
AI review provides resume-readiness feedback on strengths and gaps. Human review adds a live conversation: explain your circumstances, ask follow-up questions, and discuss what to emphasize for your target roles. Both can help with clarity and relevant evidence; neither guarantees hiring outcomes.
Should I use the AI review first?
It is optional. Free accounts include 3 AI resume reviews per calendar month with a score, top strengths, and gaps. You can bring those questions to a human session, or book human review without an AI review first.
Can I discuss a specific job or career transition?
Yes. During booking, provide your target roles, job links, and notes about what you want to discuss. Choose a coach whose published background fits your needs. Use the session to discuss positioning, relevant experience, and unclear parts of your career story.
Can I use a resume I already have?
Yes. Import it into your EndLuck account or build one there, then select that stored resume during booking. A resume and target roles are required to confirm a session. You do not have to start your resume from scratch.
How much does human resume review cost?
Human review is booked and paid for separately from the Free and Pro software plans. Check the current service price, session duration, coach profile, available slots, and booking policy in your account before paying. This public page does not show live availability.
Does a human resume review guarantee interviews?
No. Feedback can help you decide what to clarify and improve, but it cannot guarantee ATS compatibility, interviews, offers, or any employer response.
Is human resume review the same as career coaching?
Human resume review is a focused session about your resume. Career mentorship is a separate session type for broader career direction and job-search decisions. Hot Seat is a separate live mock interview for practicing your answers.
